It can be intimidating to go to a new salon. 

We want you to be as comfortable as possible when you're with us so here are some things to know before your first visit!

This allows more time for your consultation or if any adjustments need to be made to the service.

Fill out the policy form

As soon as you schedule your first appointment, you will have our policy form sent to you. Please read over it and fill out.

Concierge Desk

Our services are gender-neutral so navigating can get tricky. The videos are and make life easier.

We do not have a phone number to call. 

We have found that trying to book over the phone causes too many mistakes due to busy salon environment or bad phone connections. We do all of our communicating through text and email and you can always book online.

Salon Policies

olive + elm requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancelling or rescheduling after the 24-hour mark will result in a fee of 50% of missed services. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge in missed services. These fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Every client that receives a service at olive + elm helps contribute to our Green Circle specialty recycling. A $2.70 Eco Fee is added to each ticket. Thank you for being part of the solution! 

Junior Stylists are newly licensed and still learning! Please give grace and patience.

No children will be allowed unattended at any point unless receiving a service. It is neither safe nor relaxing for all of us.

olive + elm does not issue refunds. We do however guarantee all our services. Please reach out to Management if there's an issue. Guarantee is void if you attempt to 'fix' something done in the salon.

In order to provide an education-focused salon, all service adjustments will be done with your original stylist OR the original stylist will assist a more senior stylist. Any exceptions must be ok'd by management.
